Complaints Channel Law 20.393
HMGS Chile Soluciones de Transporte Ltda. makes available to its employees, stakeholders, suppliers, and the general public a whistleblowing channel in accordance with Law 20.393, including its extension under Law 21.595 on Economic and Environmental Crimes, Law 21.459 on Cybercrime, Law 19.913 which creates the Financial Analysis Unit and amends various provisions regarding Money Laundering and Asset Laundering, as well as other laws applicable to the organization.
For this purpose, HMGS Chile Soluciones de Transporte Ltda. has appointed the Compliance Officer as the Crime Prevention Officer, who will be responsible for receiving reports submitted through the aforementioned channel.
